When the nurse came into our room and said we were free to take Hazel home, I was more than a little terrified.
I kept expecting someone to stop us on our walk out of the hospital and ask to see my credentials….to ask for some proof that I had any the requisite skills to parent this little person
Sure I may not be good at changing a diaper (yet) or...
It's Go Time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Water broke and they just checked us into the hospital.

Birth Goals: Get Here Baby Girl Edition!
We are going into this whole delivery thing without a traditional birth plan, per se….
instead we have compiled a list of goals, of things we would like to make happen, if possible.
(Note: The “If Possible” is important here…In life, Simon and I are get-it-done type of people. We focus on accomplishments over effort, and tend to stress when things don’t go...
Waiting Game
I have been pregnant for 275 days
5 days left until my official due date, but I’m telling you there is no way I am going to make it that long. Grant it, my wants are sort of irrelevant at this point…. Baby Girl is the one driving this bus!
