Dave Beran, Chef of the Year!
Yesterday the Chicago Tribune released their 2012 Dining Awards, and I sort of wanted to run around high-fiving people over the results. The Next/Aviary team earned 3 mentions and GT Fish, my other favorite place in the city, got a nod for top restaurant.
