3 of my (Right-Now) Favorite Things
These recommendations may not actually change your life….but they are a few of the things that I think to myself on a near-daily basis:  Damn, I am glad I found that!
EbatesIf you ever online shop, ever, there is no reason not go through Ebates.  Basically, this site posts promo codes for nearly every store imaginable then gives you a % back on every purchase you make through their links….in cash (like, they send you a rebate check at the end of every month.  I am getting $47 back this month. Sweet, right?)
Cashback percentages vary by retailer but  to give you an idea - right now you can get 8% back on all Sephora purchases, 4% from Intermix and 2% from Target.  It is basically free money.  You should join.
Weleda Pregnancy OilSmells Incredible.   Feels fantastic on your skin.   Prevents stretch marks*
(*I know the whole “prevents stretch mark claims” are hard to actually prove….but I used this oil last pregnancy and never got a stretch mark, so that is compelling enough evidence for me to repurchase again this time around.)
Worth noting - this stuff used to be called “pregnancy oil” and has been repackaged as “stretch mark oil.”  I only share this in case you see the older version and get confused.  They are the exact same thing.
Achatz Handmade PiesI discovered these pies at Whole Foods and picked up up because of the name (As you well know, I support all things Achatz).  Turns out these unbelievable fruit pies are made by Chef Grant Achatz’s (of Alinea Fames) cousins who live in Michigan.
You know how premade boxed pies never taste anything like the real thing?  Well these do.  Better, actually!
Bold statement ahead:  Achatz Pies are without a doubt the most delicious pies (homemade or storebought) I have ever had.
I am not sure they sell their goods, but you can definitely find them at the Achatz Handmade Bakeries around Michigan or at Whole Foods in the midwest.  So freaking good!
And you?  Care to share your current obsessions?
