This was going to be a post about how I spotted a friend at work wearing the most TO-DIE-FOR Chloe Wedges and about how my life would not be complete until those bad boys were strapped to my feet.
But then I realized that these shoes are now 70% off (wahoo!!!)
Meaning that they are now sold out of nearly every size (nooooo!!!)
….so my post was going to be about the dream-shoe that got away.
But then
then!
I spotted a pair of look-alikes by Dolce Vita and hope was restored! While I am typically not a proponent of knock-offs, I can’t be mad at an $80 alternative to the unavailable (unaffordable) $800 version.
So now this has become a post about how I am going to order a much more accessible version of the shoe that I fell for today.
