Yup! 6 weeks.
And every proud papa I know at work has taken his entire leave…
It is worth noting, dudes are given the option of taking their 6 weeks at any point in time during the first year - so it isn’t uncommon to see guys stretch out their leave in a few different multi-week intervals.
It’s a pretty sweet deal.
