Not to be weird and reblog Danielle’s vacation photos…but I mean, just look at that! I knew hot springs were a thing, but I had no idea they were this sort of thing. Gorgeous.
And now I want a long weekend in Iceland.
On account of all the volcanos, there are hot springs all over Iceland. Some of them are rivers or little ponds on the side of the road with nothing else around. From what I gather though, this is one of the more developed sites. A major attraction, where you can rent towels and robes and book a massage. The whole place felt like a large-scale spa.
Honestly, this has got to be one of the coolest things I’ve ever seen or done. It’s almost enough to jump on a plane all the way to the far North, just for this alone.
