Chef Rene and the team from NEXT took time out of their Mise this weekend to wish me a happy birthday….They affectionately called it the “dead bodies bday card.”  Obviously, I love this.  Like love it more than anything, love it. It is at once completely hilarious and a little disturbing.   Who knew squab carcasses could make a girl feel so celebrated?!(Also - Have you gotten your tickets to The Hunt yet?  Another 4 star menu from this crazy talented team!)
